What areas do you cover?
In and around Dundee area including - Tayside, Angus, Fife & Perthshire.
Do you charge for Quotations?
All our Quotations are FREE of charge and valid for 6 months subject to manufacturers price increases.
How do I request a Quotation?
Give us a ring or email to arrange an appointment time that is convenient and suitable to yourself. We will come out and see you at home, at this time to discuss your requirements. A full and detailed Quotation will sent out generally within 4 working days.
How long from the Quotation being accepted and until the work starts?
Normally 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the job, but emergency installations are catered for at short notice.
Will I need to take time off work while the work is being carried out?
No. As long as access for ourselves has been pre-arranged by either leaving us a key or a friend or neighbour granting us access.
What hours do you work?
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
(Any work out with these hours are pre-arranged with the customer first)
How is your staff employed?
All of our Plumbing & Heating staff work directly for us. Sub Contractors such as Electricians, Joiners & Tilers are also employed by W.H.Donachie Ltd on a regular basis to carry out specific jobs.
